​​Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and treatment to patients. If you have a passion for helping others and a strong background in physical therapy, we encourage you to apply.
Duties
  • Evaluate patients' diagnoses and ability to create appropriate POC
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications
  • Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program
  • Required: valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Interested in learning about advanced tools such as laser, biofeedback and digital strength training devices, dry needling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with manual therapy techniques is a plus

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and treatment to patients.   • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion

  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Required: valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Experience in geriatrics is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with manual therapy techniques is a plus
