Traditional Physical Therapy1:1 treatment with your licensed physical therapist. Most appointments are approximately one hour, unless your diagnosis requires less time. No technicians, no assistants. Services include manual therapy (therapeutic massage, myofascial release, dry needling, joint mobilizations, trigger point, muscle energy techniques, etc.), therapeutic exercises, cervical traction, traditional therapy modalities (ultrasound and electrical stimulation), instruction in home exercise program, balance and gait training, functional re-training, posture and back education. We focus on pain management and return to independent function. Our office has the latest in pain management equipment including the Class 4 laser.

Weight Loss & Wellness ProgramsIDEAL PROTEIN: This is a fat-burning, muscle-sparing weight loss program that includes regular visits and coaching as well as supplemental foods. This program is highly effective with quick results. This is appropriate for clients that are looking for a simple weight loss program that will help them achieve their goals quickly and learn lifestyle changes that one can continue after they have completed the program. The average weight loss for a female is 10-12 pounds/month and a male 12-15 pounds/month. We offer both in-person and virtual check-ins. Please click on the Ideal Protein tab for more information. Wellness Services: When a patient has completed physical therapy or would prefer the guidance of a licensed physical therapist to continue on their wellness journey, we are here to help you. This includes mobility exercises, progressive strengthening programs, posture training, stamina training, stretching, and overall fitness training.
Telehealth Physical therapy: New in April 2025, we are now offering telehealth physical therapy sessions when appropriate. This is offered outside of insurance benefits.
Massage therapy: New in 2025, we are now offering massage therapy with our licensed massage therapist, Mark Petty. Mark has over 30 years experience in massage and is skilled in many different massage techniques. This service not a part of physical therapy treatment and outside of insurance benefits. MS Wellness ProgramThis includes a physical therapy assessment and treatments as needed to reduce pain, improve mobility and independence, gait and balance assessments to reduce fall risk, exercise guidance. Each patient and their physician will receive the patient's assessment and mobility status including all appropriate clinical testing measures to keep in their files. Services are delivered by therapists with extensive clinical experience in treating individuals with MS. Our goal is to keep you independent and mobile!
